EDIT: Since posting this review, I’ve had a response from the manager. The issue was acknowledged and an explanation of the fault provided (technical issue with van that has now been addressed). Satisfactory resolution provided and we’ll hopefully have better luck should we book a camper again Our holiday was great - our camper, not so much! On our first night we discovered all electricity (except, thankfully, not the fridge) was gone. Young kids climbing up and down by torch light was far from ideal. Also meant we were unable to use the water for the sink. We called the service number and talked through the issue and confirmed we were charging the van correctly. We were advised a technician would call us back, they never did. 2 days later, packed up and ready to leave our campsite - van doesn't start. Again called the service number to advise of issue; ended up walking around campsite asking strangers for jumper leads. Got home, called main number to see if I could make a complaint prior to returning van (so as to avoid on the spot stress for staff) was told unable to and head on in. Left details, manager called back after hours so I was unable to return his call. Tried for 5 days afterwards to return said call (first day told manager on leave and to call back, subsequent calls rang out) Coincidence perhaps but, our CC provided for deposit was hacked while we were away too so questions arise around their handling of customer PII. Grateful we were away with friends that helped with the van's pitfalls. Had we been away solo, my review would be 1 star purely because we had something to sleep in.

My partner and I hired a Mighty Camper for two weeks for our trip to Sydney from Perth. We loved the camper and thought it was the perfect size for two people (Deuce Camper). On our trip we had some minor issues with the navigation system not working in the vehicle but Simon was very helpful in fixing that as quickly as possible for us. Although it was a little expensive due to peak season we can not complain as the camper ran very well for our 10,000km trip and was all we needed. Would recommend Mighty!

Where do I start.. just amazing customer service! Friend and I hired a campervan from these guys. Was great. Had to change the van for some technical reasons but there were no problems at all. They were able to give us a new one, actually a upgraded one for extraordinary price! We were travelling almost two months around WA. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you Mighty Campers Perth and especially to our lovely, professional Vy!! He is simply the best!
Having headaches or issues to worry about while on holiday is at the bottom of everyone’s list and I had none of those based on my personal experience with Mighty. I rented the van for 2 weeks, drove 5000km and had zero issues. The van was beautiful and cozy. It came with linen, a duvet, towels, kitchen appliances, and everything you would typically need in a kitchen. It also came with a reverse camera which proved to be very helpful. Picking up and leaving the van was very straightforward and the staff specifically, Morena, was nothing but kind, lovely, and her excitement for my holiday hyped me up even more. Thank you, Morena. Legend! Will definitely recommend the company and will book with them again on my next campervan holiday.
Vy’s customer service at the Perth branch was amazing. We had an issue with the van and he got it sorted for us. The only negative for us was the road assistance. We called and were on hold in the heat for over 3 hours and nobody helped at all, that’s when we called Perth office direct and Vy was on to it. So my only suggestion is to fix roadside help as it literally could be dangerous remotely with no help.
I give 5 stars for outstanding services and responses I received during my entire experience of using campervan. I planned my holiday well and my entire family felt all the comforts of using your campervan. The 5 hours driving throughout didn’t make me tire as I found the van comfortable all along. I will definitely use your services in future as well. Thank you
