We had done a 20 week scan (morphology) at i-med. They have told we are having boy and we reassured it 2-3 times and prepared for a baby boy. Their Sonographer went wrong and ultimately we had a girl. They messed up all the preparations we did, I recommend not to go for scanning here, they might have also not gone thru other relevant checks they should do.

Thank you Danielle for making this experience not as cold and horrible as it can be at times. You were very helpful, gave plenty of explanation, thorough and had the best warm but professional bedside manner I have ever encountered dealing with many years of scans and ultrasounds and tests. I wish all medical staff made me feel as comfortable as this appointment.

Thank you to the lovely girls on the reception today 28/01/2020, who were extremely patient with me and made a sensitive experience very fast, you beautiful ladies have no idea how much i appreciated your time this morning even though i did not have a booking, and to the male radiographer i saw i didn't get your name because i was so emotional with the images you were able to show me, thank you very much i can not thank you enough . such a caring practice.

The technician was great but the admin area was very unprofessional. They did not send on time the results of my ultrasound to my doctor. I wasted my appointment with him, money and time due of they inpunctialty.

Usless, booked in for an appointment arrived to be told they are unable to do ultrasound because they booked it wrong. So was turned away. Rebook for correct scan this time, arrived to be told oh no your a few minutes late we can't do it today. Very poor behavior and service.. still waiting on a scan that should have been done the fist time
