I would advice people to not to go by the star rating given on this page. I called asking about their exchange rate from Fijian currency to Australian currency and I was told that the rate is 0.683 per dollar but upon arriving to their office I'm told that the rate is 0.615 per dollar whereas I could easily get 0.627 at my nearest exchange office but like always we all want best rates. I stay at Sydenham and it was a 40 minutes drive to Preston for me, waste of time and waste of effort. I personally do not recommend Red Rate Exchange. Just a sorry is not enough. I would rate 0 if it was possible.
