Great customer service! Staff was very nice and caring. Coffee is also great. Would recommend this cafe to anyone working around North Sydney. Staff always greet me with a smile.

We got an Hawaiian Passion fruit cake with coconut from this cafe, one of the best cakes I have ever tasted .. so fresh & yumm

the absolute rudest staff I met in my life. I was there this morning at 8am and served by 2 young ladies who probably have not been trained in providing decent customer service. I then ordered a large cappuccino which tasted like hot milk and i bet it was probably 1/2 shot of coffee in there (instead of 2).AVOID

On 17th December,8:00 am, I bought my breakfast and tea from this place(take away). When I arrived 2 girls were chatting and laughing together. But when I wanted to order The girl who served me was so unrespectful and rude without any reason. And the girl who made my tea didn’t put my cup in other take away cup (as always barista does). It burnt my hand and I asked for another cup she even didn’t look at me and said will be extra 50 cents!!!!!! It was the worst experience that I had and I won’t never comeback to this place. Thankfully there is lots of cafe in greenwood plaza. I recommend to use others.

Honestly the best coffee place in north Sydney, the coffees great and the 2 women at the front are always the nicest, friendliest baristas everyday definitely recommend this place to anyone
