Completed the 8km loop starting from the car park by the creek, took around 2-2.5 hours and that was with running some of the way back. Hike was okay and aboriginal rock art was pretty cool. If I had my time again I’d park in the red hands cave car park and do the much shorter walk, as I didn’t think the longer hike was that amazing. Much better hikes in the area you could spend your time on instead. But the Aboriginal art was definitely worth seeing. (Worth noting a group who passed me quite near the beginning mentioned they’d just seen a red belly on the track which probably made the hike less enjoyable than it might have been otherwise, being a scaredy cat Pom hiking by myself)

Lovely artwork. A long walk from the first carpark. Easier to get to from the second carpark. All up a good 2hr walk if you do the whole track. Saw lizards, parrots.
Lovely walk and a nice area to rest once you get to the cave. Beautiful hand prints on cave wall and an easy to walk track from either car park.
1 hour bush walk from the creek crossing. Serenaded by the cicaders. Busy later in the morning on the weekend. Well preserved site of precolonial history.
Beautiful area with lots of history. Worth a visit for sure.
A lovely loop walk with some incline and decline, with varied bush and terrain. The whole loop can be done in 2 hours if you are a fast walker (guide is 3-3.5). The Red Hands Cave is great to see, and the hands are so clear given their age.
Great walk I had today with my family, we had to take a few breaks but other than that it was great. We went on the 2 hour track, I would recommend the 2 hr track for people 7 but you would have to take a few breaks but that’s ok. The other track I would recommend for anyone :) Hope this helps! I am very tired but I just ate and that’s made me feel better
The track's difficulty was medium. Nice surroundings and very natural. There is plenty of parking. Family friendly bush walks.
