Always have a good experience in this store! Recently my partner and I wanted to purchase a treadmill that was on sale. While they didn't have the item in stock, Hamish from this store called around to see if we could have it transferred in. When we couldn't due to shipping costs, he offered us free delivery from another location. Absolute legend saved us from having to make the trip to Werribee to cart it back, give this man a raise!

I didn't have much expectations considering my last purchase here two weeks ago. Just went in to check any offers on running shoes. The staff, Benjamin(I hope the name is right, as I asked about him at tills). He went above and beyond to find a pair of shoes which was in my budget. Honestly, I didn't expect it, I was about to buy another brand. But Benjamin just went on his own and brought a pair which was on sale while I was trying on my own another shoes. Thank you very much!!

Disappointing customer service when returning a faulty device. The store assistant denied that it was faulty and the manager got angry. Not professional or productive. The rest of the staff, however, are always friendly and willing to help.
