I have used Realised Technologies for the past 5 years and I have always been very happy with the level of support and service offered by their team. They are our one stop IT resource. They supply and install Hardware and Software, and are especially good with DELL machines and are familiar with many Clinical Programs (exceptionally well with Best Practice) and Medicare. Last year Realised were tasked with our Website Re- Design, to upgrade and update this. When we discovered that we didn't have enough photo's Realised were able to take and edit these for us. So happy were we with the finished products that many of these photos are now used in our printed ads. See for yourselves: www.omegahealth.com.au Most recently they completed the Installation of our new DELL server AND migration from our hosted SBS Mail Exchange to Office 365! As a large 7 day Medical Practice the timing of this was going to be crucial. Realised managed this through preparation and planning resulting in this all being completed with no impact on the Business! We closed our doors at 8pm on the Friday night and were able to open again at 8am Saturday morning. They were also on hand to assist our Doctors and staff over the weekend ensuring a smooth upgrade.
