We made an enquiry with many local builders about an extension. Ryan, Real living Homes director, was the only one who took the time to reply. He let us know that unfortunately, they were too busy to accept our business. I'm pleased they are doing well, and wish them all the best.

We have truly loved the building process and value all Ryan and Pete's insights, tips, going the extra mile, accommodating last minute change of minds to help our dream come to reality. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and would never have achieved this without their input and recommendations along the way. We had signed with a project builder and changed our minds at the last minute and we are SO SO glad we did. Being able to achieve a custom designed house that fits our family's needs perfectly and will also allow us to grow into it in the years to come is everything we wanted but couldn't achieve with a project build. Budget was a big concern for us going to a custom builder but we were absolutely blown away with what RLH were able to offer within our budget. If you are considering building - you can't go past RLH - even just for a quote.

The quality of the finishes is exceptional and something our visitors always comment on. They go above and beyond to make the building process as stress free as possible. We recently built a new home and chose real living homes as our builder. Upon extensive research and meetings with various builders on the Sunshine Coast I felt that Real living homes could and would deliver what we wanted in our time frame and budget. In our meetings with them they seemed very confident and nothing seemed to be a problem or too much trouble. Their communication throughout the whole process was faultless; No sooner had I sent an email requesting a change or an update and Ryan would usually respond within the hour!! During the process of designing and building a home there is always going to be small issues or changes that come up particularly with a custom build, but Real living homes were helpful and adaptable throughout the whole process. Any issues or misunderstandings that arose were swiftly dealt with in a professional manner. I spent a lot of time on site during the build phase and was in contact with our site manager fairly regularly, it was never an issue or too much trouble. Our home was a custom build and there was a certain style/look we were trying to achieve, a lot of the fittings in our home were sourced by ourselves, which wasn’t a problem with Real living homes, they were flexible and helpful. Over all I am very happy with our new home, I feel the quality of home is a lot higher than what some other builders would offer for the money we spent. We were delayed a fair bit in the beginning of the build process due to weather restrictions, but once the rain stopped Real living homes got to work and didn’t stop. There were tradesman onsite pretty much every day. I would recommend Real living homes to anyone looking to build on the Sunshine Coast and would happily use them again.
