I have never really been compelled to write a google review but the service was extremely disappointing. We walked in, walked passed a staff member - looked up, didn't even say Hi/Hello. We walked further in, saw another staff member busy typing away, didn't even bother looking up - no Hi or Hello either. After 10mins or so, I decided to go up to the busy one as he was the closest and asked if we could get some help about a product. He said he was busy with another customer and got the other one to help us. We were interested in the Cocoon Aeris product but they didn't really seem to know much about the product they are selling. I even had to show a video from Cocoon itself to show her what the product is capable of doing. They weren't bothered about making the effort. Not convinced they knew the product. Maybe we didn't look like we were buying. We walked out, drove 9 mins away to another shop that sold the same product and bought it straightaway.
