The best building in all of Australian continent. I have visited all the largest buildings in Sydney, and though this one is only ranked 6, it is still the best of all of them. The staff is exceedingly friendly and (to a New Yorker) almost too kind like the rest of Oceania. The anchor banking and legal tenants are outstanding supporters of global community. Don't miss the great, great, great, great, great eateries at ground floor plaza level.

ANZ is The worst customer service and security when it comes to protecting customers money, as they assisted a female offender in stealing my money after she stole our mail and got hold of the new bank card. Only using my wife’s name & address, the thieve was able to activate card and get new pin. How untrustworthy can any bank get!!!
I had a large sum of money stolen by an ANZ customer in an online scam/fraud. Multiple enquiries were made by my bank (Westpac) to resolve the issue with ANZ and revert the transaction but ANZ kept protecting the individual who was stealing thousands of dollars of peoples' hard earned money by protecting the identity of this criminal. I was not the only person who had my money stolen by this individual. If you are a criminal, feel free to open a bank account with ANZ because they will protect you at all costs even when there's multiple investigations going on around you involving the police, ACORN, scamwatch, other banks. ANZ will do everything they can to protect the identity of their customers, even if they are criminals being chased by the law enforcement agencies.
Anz Bank is the worst bank we have had to deal with when it comes to our home loan. They have rude staff that don’t listen they lie about why they haven’t done something you ask. I rang today and asked why they dont display our home loan interest rate on our internet banking page, I received 2 answers The first being we have been having technical difficulties with our web page , I say BS to you ANZ because we haven’t been able to see it for a few months now. Second response to my question was we don’t display home loan interest rates on our internet banking when your home loan is variable because it could change at anytime. I say BS to that answer because you don’t vary the interest rate daily. They will sneakily change things on your contract without your permission so you have to keep checking things. Pain in the arse !!! So because you refuse to do anything I ask I am now going to share on social media my experience with this useless bank and we will see how many other people have had a bad experience with your bank. Shame on you ANZ !!!
Rudest concierge I have met in what is normally a very professional city. Not even a hello and proceded to interrogate me about why I was there and would not give any useful information. I ended up having to call a colegue to get directions to the floor I was heading to. Would not do business here again if I had any choice.
