Receptionist was very rude. Can't believe this attitude still exists. She makes patients feel like an idiot by giving conflicting information and not listening to patient, then told patient that they are doing the wrong things. This happen to a few people after me as well.

From the get go the receptionist was rude to me and my mother, my mother being elderly and diabetic was told to wait for the doctor to come. After one hour of waiting, with my mum fasting for four hours for the appointment she then told us there was no doctor on site and we couldn’t do the appointment. We went and waited for no reason and will never go back again.

Anita made me feel comfortable through the whole process of MRI. She was also happy and cheerful the whole time which also put a smile on my face.

This place is very busy and they overbook the appointments to the point making the wait time over 1 hour. The staff are professional but the management policies are obviously in favour of profits and not good service. I will find another place if there is a next time.

Unbelievable the receptionist is extremely rude! I called to book an appointment and decided to not go ahead! If they are rude like this on the phone to book an appointment, imagine once I am there!

The sonographer was lovely, an absolute delight to be honest. She was so thorough and was really happy to talk me through the whole Ultrasound I see some have had bad experiences here but my experience was above expectations and would happily return to Rayscan for any future imaging required. Yet, I have to agree with others reviews regarding parking... Just ensure you allow an additional 15 minutes prior to appointment time to find adequate parking.
