I bought an item valued at 160 (Kitchen Camp Deluxe). The following week I received Rays Outdoors catalog to find the same item had dropped to 100. As it was a significant price difference I went in and spoke with the manager who was more than happy to refund the balance. Lovely gentleman and resolved the issue without giving me a negative feeling. I will be shopping from the Mentone store for camping equipment as a rule because I know I will be receiving genuine customer service. Thank you.
