No stock of the Weber BBQ I wanted even though the website stipulated that they have stock available. Sales person advised that it happens and did not seem to care that I wasted time and money to drive to their premises. I bought a unit from another shop that was willing to assist and did not blame the problem on covid. Pathetic service and I will never bother to support this establishment again.

Recently purchased a Weber Family Q built in. The staff (particularly Peter) were friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding the BBQs and accessories - as well as providing helpful hints on cooking options. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bought Smeg Appliances last year,spend over 8 K.They supply incorrect parts for Range Hood duct cover.They send technician and he confirmed that is wrong part.They promised they ordered new but they never did,after 3 months I had order one to be locally made. Terrible people and layers,will never go back.
