Really nice place. Staff said hi to me as soon as I walked into the store. I got exactly what I was looking for, and Emma was really helpful with giving me some free samples to try before I buy. I have never been able to do this before. Especially with buying beauty products that can be an expense. So I was really appreciative of this gesture. Definitely will be back again. Wonderful selection of weleda products and other things I am eager to try out.

They have some nice products... but the customer service is mix... mostly can be improved on. Update: I keep hoping the service would get better... but unfortunately, i have not had a positive experience in almost a year... So I don't think I'll come back.
Been going here on and off over the years for a long time. Great team with a well of knowledge. Surprised to see any bad reviews here, the customers writing them may have been having an off day? Make this your go to destination for all you need for healthy living :) They're local, support them if you want to keep them open like any other brick and mortar business!
I've been shopping here for a few years now and have only ever had wonderful experiences. I always find the staff happy and helpful :) I'm very grateful that this shop exists; I can get a lot of products here that I wouldn't be able to get elsewhere in the area.
Great service and very consistent specials available for wholefood grocery staples. I'm also very impressed with the variety here, there are so many things that are no longer available from supermarkets that I can still get from Rawesome. Also love the name
I’ve been shopping at Rawsome for years and love it. The prices are good and customer service is great. I’ve always been able to find what I want as the product range is fantastic. I’m surprised to see bad reviews here. I have always found the customer service to be great and have always been treated in a respectful and friendly manner. This is one of my favourite stores in Hornsby Westfield.

Never go back to this shop. They don’t do refund or price match, went back to the shop literally within 10 minutes after I purchased two bottles of the Fusion cold and flu 60 tablets. To top it off I was treated very rudely by the cashier on duty
