Was looking at a lovely Jeep Grand Cherokee (used), when I noticed and made a comment on the scratches on the rims. The response I got from the sales man was "must have been a female driver". I mean really, who speaks like that. It is simply not acceptable. Will simply not buy a car here ever based on that comment alone. I was seriously looking at and considering purchasing a car from them prior to this comment, but I wont, I can get the same car elsewhere, so they have definitely lost my business. Extremely disappointing experience.

The staff are great however the dealership renege on valid warranty issues. We thought with the new advertising that Jeep/ Chrysler/Fiat make to honour better service and warranty but as always there is an excuse why the valid claims we made cannot be done. We have several Cars serviced by them and it is always someone else’s fault why the problems are not rectified.
