Joseph Raphael & the team at Raphael Jewellers are the best people to do business with when you are looking for Wedding rings & bespoke jewellery. My Wife & I had our Wedding rings custom made with engraving on both rings that was millimetre perfect. I was so happy with the Wedding rings that I asked Joseph if he could make a third ring for my Wife for her birthday & he delivered with another beautiful piece. I shopped around a great deal in order to find the perfect engagement ring, and I am so pleased to have found Raphael Jewellers. The service was better than anywhere else, as was the product. This is a family run business who design and create their own jewellery right there in the Strand Arcade. The people (Raphael and Joseph) who welcome you upon arrival are the very same who design, create and set the piece(s) you eventually decide upon. They really went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I would say I wasn't the ideal customer, but they were totally unfazed by this. They are a classy outfit. If you are looking for bespoke jewellery and exceptional service, go and talk to Raphael and Joseph. 5 stars from me.

I can't talk highly enough of all my experiences with Raphael Jewellers. I've had the pleasure of having our engagement rings and wedding rings designed and made by them. The service, knowledge and ability to understand what we wanted was impressive. We have since had 3 children, and Joseph came up with an amazing design for an interlocking pendant. We had one made for every family member and they now sit beautifully on a necklace my wife wears.....very close to her heart. So thank you Joseph and the team at Raphael for looking after us for the past years.
