Slipped and hurt my eye with a screwdriver (oops). Luckily for me the fantastic Optometrist, George at Specsavers Randwick took exceptional care of me from the get go. Explained everything I needed to do to take care of my eye & scheduled in follow up appointments to make sure my eye was healing properly. Can’t thank him enough for his patience and help what an asset to the Specsavers Randwick Team. Would highly recommend seeing George if you need help.

I recently experienced some serious vision issues, requiring an emergency consultation, and follow-up services. I was seen promptly and without any appointment. An issue within my eye was identified and action was immediately instigated which ensured that my vision was maintained. Had such prompt action not been forthcoming, I believe that I may have lost vision in one of my eyes. Thanks for your help; it was greatly appreciated

Emma was so helpful and patient when helping me to pick 2 pairs of glasses. She gave me few options to try and advised me which are the best two but kept saying that I should pick the ones that I will definitely wear and comfortable with. I ended up buying her favourites in the end because I felt like I trust her :D I’m so happy and glad with my purchase! Thank you Emma!

Always very happy with the service I receive at Specsavers Randwick. The optometrist is thorough with the eye test and I appreciate the assistance when choosing my glasses. Although I was told when to expect delivery to the shop I was impressed that I got a call ahead of time to come in to pick up my new glasses. Thank you to all for your professional assistance.

I recently had my eyes examined and ordered new sunglasses and glasses.It was the most positive experience that i have ever had! The team at Randwick are so efficient and go over and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your selection.If you are unsure of your choice some of the team members come over to help you decide and it turned frame styling into an almost party experience. My glasses were ready within a week and they were expertly adjusted by Carol the manager.I would definitely be returning to Randwick for my next pair of glasses.Thanks everyone!!

This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Came in for an eye test for contact lenses and did a fitting. Unfortunately the optometric decided to skip an eye test and told me to buy a pack of 30 contacts. By the time I realised that they gave me the the wrong contacts it was too late. I came back in and I was told that I was supposed to receive a trial pack first, but because I went along and purchased the pack I can no longer do the trial. No responsibility on their part whatsoever! I also spend nearly an hour waiting for a proper eye test. Would highly recommend going to a different store
