ER is interesting, I understand it's not anyone's fault in particular but "soon" shouldn't end up being 5 hrs later... Would have just preferred the honesty that I was going to be in for a long wait rather then be told a "few minutes" every hour or so.

Failed to acknowledge or diagnose a broken facial bone, late with every report and discharge, uncooperative with other doctors... if I didn’t complain to the general manager and prove failures in care I’d probably be there for months waiting on a diagnosis. Ask other hospitals what they think of Randwick and you’ll wonder how the place hasn’t burnt down due to incompetence.

One of worst place. Not one , had so many bad experience. Recently when we waited in emergency for 5 hours with no progress. At 2 am in the morning when we asked, “hi we are waiting for 5 hrs now, can you tell us how long we need to wait more please” Nurse response: people here waited for 10hrs and she turned back. Australia your public healthcare service needs a huge improvement.

Don't come here if you want to get better. Gave me medication which conflicted with the very illness I was admitted for. More like a Monty Python sketch than anything I've ever experienced in real life.

I had a good experience this time and a petty good one last time too. Left 1star off because my appendix burst after 3 days waiting to get in. But lovely doctors and nurses, great customer experience
