The woman in store is so rude, terrible customer service. Second time I have had to deal with her, she always has a negative, aggressive and unhelpful attitude, won’t be back, especially with the lovely Specsavers team 1 minute away. It’s a shame as the optician is lovely.

Customer service is always at the forefront of this OPSM store in Randwick, staff always friendly and smiling. Makes a huge difference when visiting the store. Seeing the same familiar faces behind the counter make it more special. Staff and Optometrists are very welcoming and make the instore experience very welcoming.

Please Learn how to behave nicely with customers ...sure its not a rocket science. People are doing it all around you... cafes, pharmacy, woolies, hair dresser nearby, observe how they speak to their customers. Its just as simple as being nice and polite. You had a bad day today due to system outage, we understand that... we are considerate lovely people. But when I browse around for 10 mins trying out frames and only ask if you have any printed information on how you price prescription glasses, surely there is another way to reply to that without saying a clear and firm NO. You could be more customer friendly, efficient and pleasant than what you have come across. You could have been much Nicer! Please try.

Am I obliged to purchase my contact exams from the eye retailer that conducts my bulk billed eye exam, or can I take the scrip to any retailer. Similar to how we do with our doctors scrips. have had my eyes tested at both retailers, and OPSM seem to be more thorough. Can I test my eyes at OPSM and purchase thereafter from SpecSaver or online (not sure if this is legally or morally correct, and have a feeling OPSM will not be too happy to hear people are thinking of doing this?
