Spent well over 2k in 2 months for medicinal oil and pain program, asked to be bulk billed for a single session and they hung up the phone on me and that was the end of my treatment, just like that. Literally hung up the phone, unbelievable. Program is expensive and not suitable for those with a disability as cost issues will result in getting hung up on. They charged 600 as an application for medicinal oil when others do it for free. The consults were several hundred to prescribe THC oil when again it's done for free by others. They forced me to do psychology as part of the program, another 200 session. Spending a few thousand over a few weeks, not worth it, they'll hang up the phone on you. They also force you to buy the Little Green Pharma brand at 195 for 50ml when you can get other brands for 70, they wouldn't let me change brands, clear rip off.

I greatly appreciate all the assistance provided by Dr James Yu and his team. After 2 years of chronic pain and lack lustre results with other procedures, I was referred to Dr YU. After just one treatment, I experienced tremendous results and am almost pain free. A five star review does not give justice to this highly professional and compassionate team of specialists. I have been regularly seeing Dr Yu for a number of years now due to a cervical spine injury. He has always been informative in the way he treats me. I have required a couple of spinal injections and have no complaints in his surgical prowess. He came highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

The team here really impressed me from booking appointment to post-op care (literally A-Z). I had some issues obtaining a referral but prompt and decisive action by the team was above and beyond the call of duty and was much appreciated. I will be back in a few weeks to see Dr Yu and really looking forward to see the supporting team - they are full of smiles!!

Dr Yu and his support team deserve alot more recognition than these bad reviews i see on the internet. I was in for my first consult a week ago, and i was amazed at how busy they were; phone rang non-stop; at one point all 4 staffs were all on the phone. The business of this clinic alone really shows how well they have done. My consultation was sweet and straight forward, Dr Yu proposed a path of treatment plan and suggestion that I totally trust and agree in his extensive medical experience. Props to the team there, stay busy and keep up the good work!! Marco

We decided not to proceed with the appointment for the following reason: I have contacted the clinic 5 times for the last month and provided all the requested forms. My husband took a day off for (as the date was promised over the phone). Now it appears that no appointment was made for my husband. They have advised me over the phone that there was miscommunication. Whose fault is it? I judge about the clinic on the basis of its stuff e.g. medical receptionist.
