I had the pleasure of dealing with Janet on a recent home loan. My circumstances were quite complicated and Janet was fantastic at explaining the process and helping me feel at ease . She clearly has an excellent knowledge of the industry and responded promptly and patiently to all of my queries . That certainly wasn’t the case when I had to deal with the big banks previously. We dealt with Jovan to buy our first home, he was very informative and gave us great advice when we needed it. He happily answered all our questions and we had a LOT! It was our first home after all. I expected a lot of confusing paperwork but he was able to go through all of it, explain everything and fill it out for us. We also had issues with our settlement (it was delayed because of the seller side) and he helped us through all of it including re-filling out the paperwork, he made buying our first home as easy as possible and was a fantastic help the whole time.
Top service, great result. Jovan was very knowledgeable, presented me with great options and was able to answer all of my questions. The process from the start all the way to settlement, and even post settlement was seamless. RAMS Hawthorne were prompt in their response throughout. Would recommend.
Very poor service. Janette was very rude and confusing. Her phone manner needs alot of work. She doesnt complete tasks asked of her and obviously helping clients is to difficult a task
Janette had no idea what she way saying, nor could she adequately answer my questions - she is certainly in need of customer service training. Hanging up on a customer is in very poor taste.
