Waited 45 mins for attention. Yes they were busy, so sat in the waiting lounge. Only wanted to buy a new car. Patiently waiting but someone else walks in and gets taken away by a sales person. If you cant provide service to a customer what chance have you got to service a car. Bitterly disappointed. Wont be buying a RAM .
The most disappointing customer experience I have had, I was planning to buy a Dodge Ram 1500 Express, the sales person through this process left me feeling as though he was not interested in selling me a car I found myself having to follow him up on questions I had asked regarding the car. He wouldn't answer my phone calls and the communication method he chose was via text. I persisted because I liked the Ram and after he finally put together the contract I found in there it would be a 16 week wait time to receive my Ram - he insisted he told me this but I wouldn't have been so shocked if I was aware. Following this I asked if there was other colours potentially available sooner and he didn't respond to this all I received was it would be an extra cost for colours other than white on asking how much more that would be he didn't know how much. At this point I was tired of dealing with this sales person so I pulled out of the deal. He finally called at this point and consistently made excuses for his poor behaviour but for me I was finished with the deal. His boss "sales manger" has then reached out to me with more excuses about his sales men - there appears to be no accountability - I told the "sales manager" of my poor experience with his sales man and he wrote back to me explaining "I think I know the problem here is annoying customers" that is in the sales managers words. Total lack of respect for the customer at Keema Mt Gravatt - Ram Mt Gravatt If you have made it to the end of this lengthy review congratulations, I would encourage you to try other car yards that respect there customers.
Met with John and was very helpful with all my questions. Will be back to see him.
