Blackdown, Australia

Another fantastic spot within the reserve. Take a bottle of water as it is a bit of a stroll. 240 steps to deal with, but easy going, well worth the visit, would love to see it after some decent rain.

A gem of the Blackdown tablelands national park. A 2km walk from the carpark with the last 200 metres down 240 steps to a stunning fern surrounded rock pool at the bottom of the falls
Bold and stunningly beautiful with changing views from many different angles. Peaceful and serene
The place is as natural as it can be and the falls and tracks are amazing.
Great swimming place and awesome surrounding countryside
Beautiful spot. I imagine it would be even better after some rain.
Well worth the drive and the walk. The road is dirt, rough in places, easy in a high clearance vechile but possible in car if your careful. The walk is downhill it took us 30 mins so the walk back is up hill. 240 steps is at the last part of the track. A small easy climb over some rocks and there it is. The water is really cold all year round. You can swim if your game. Please be respectful as this is a special aboriginal place.
Gorgeous spot.
