I am completely disappointed! I had a booking 1 week ago done by phone with all the details to get my car fixed this morning, but unfortunately when I got there the booking didn’t even exist!! They didn’t say sorry and make you think you didn’t do the booking. Such an unprofessional place!! I will never be back! And double check if your booking EXISTS if you insist doing with them because you cannot trust on this “business”.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the RACQ guys from Townsville that helped me last night. They were professional and super quick at retreving me from the side of the road, in the dark, in the middle of nowhere, alone, and with no lights.
