Must have too much business to worry about getting new clients. Went in twice to see. First on a Saturday, when the sign indicated someone would be there --- accidentally caught up with owner because he was picking up supplies but actually wasn't there. Went back following week and talked to him and said what we needed at work. He said he was in Brisbane the following day and would call in with supplies that I needed and to have a look to see if he could help with layout and what we required to do more irrigation. That was a few months ago, still haven't heard or seen him. Found a better place at Jindalee which was keen to have new clients. Believe in buying local and using local supplies when I can, but not this time.

Doesn’t return any form of communication. It seems like once they do the job they refuse to do anything as far as customer service goes.
