As a woman without much car knowledge I always get a little anxious taking my car to a mechanic... I will never go anywhere else these guys provide great service and explain things in a way I can understand. They also wash and vacuumed my car and gave me a little gift pack when I picked my keys up and they didn’t send me broke!! Thanks so much Ipswich City Mechanical you guys are a blessing! Very happy customer

Such terrible service half the time the people working had no idea what was happening with my car. They broke more on the car then they even fixed. Telling me its gonna cost 4000 just to get it road worthy again even tho I sent it there for a small fix. Worst service ever hands down

Have had both our cars serviced here for a few years now and get them to do all repair work too. After going through a string of mechanics that were either overpriced, or just terrible, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Price is reasonable and service is top-notch. You get the feeling they actually give a stuff about you and they do a great job. What more can you want?
I wont take my car any where else I didn't fell ripped off, the service was very friendly,even got a wash and vacuum where else can you get that done.. keep up the good work guys..
