Absolutely rude staff working today on the 30th December 2020 at 5pm. Called the shop at 3:30pm since the shop was closed on arrival and was told there will be someone in the shop at 5pm as they have a booking although the door and Google review show that it is opened between 12pm - 7pm. That aside upon returning to the store at 5pm and asked if we could have a 30 minute session for 2, the staff rudely and abruptly responded "NO I'M BUSY and cannot fit you in, I have bookings to deal with and I have another job!" First off I can understand if you are fully booked and if you politely advise to book another day we could. However you were clearly not busy and just sitting at the front seeming to give attitude to every single walk in customer prior to us. When prompt that I had called earlier he responded with that the phone number was to staff in Queensland and had nothing to do with the Sydney staffs schedule. Called back to the advertised number on Google to give feedback on the experience received back to he Queensland staff (which either sounded the manager or owner) and was promised a callback. In the end nothing had happened. If you really dislike dealing with customers please go find another job, don't think you are doing customers a massive favour by letting us experience your arcade, we are paying for the service, still we won't feel privileged and think that because we are paying we can be rude to you. On the other hand it seems the Sydney staff can be rude to customers because we are giving him business and apparently much more work than he was supposed to be doing for the day!

Went there for a bucks night activity. It was good fun! The staff were quick to help and the driver set up was straight forward. Virtual reality headsets would take this to another level, but three screens, the responsive steering and the speakers behind the seat were just the ticket.
Staff (at 17.25 30th December 2020) gave us extremely impolite and rude attitude. If you cannot serve people right, just tell us, no need making others wait and waste their time. Arcade game racing is even better than this.
I made an order nearly a month ago. The suggested shipping date was 2 days ago but the order is still 'Pending' in the tracking info. I tried to get info through customer service where I was connected to a robot that couldn't help. I asked to get me connected to a real person but apparently they are 'busy helping other fans'. This was a birthday gift to a friend, I am very frustrated and still no solution.

I was a little skeptical after a mistake with my booking (they close at 8pm on Saturdays). But after that was rectified with professionalism, we had a great time. Trent was an awesome guy who delivered a nice experience and has quite a bit of knowledge about real racing too. In short: it's worth the money, it's worth a visit!
Good fun. But no data collected or provided at the end of the race. Just a 10 sec review of results on the screen, not enough time to even take a pucture of results. I would be coming back , and a few times , if this improves.
The staff were amazing especially Tom. He was really helpful and my husband really enjoyed his F1 racing experiences especially on his birthday. Thank you , Tom for making this day a special one for both of us. We will definitely come again.
