Great customer service, whole family have had numerous phones repaired here and will always go back. Willing to travel just for their service.

new model HTC one X9 had a massive crack on the screen. They were able to source a quality part and confirm they could do the repair despite it being not only non-mainstream brand but a newer model. Very happy with result, quality repair at a very competitive price, works perfectly. Great customer service, was very up-fount about every detail. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing a repair!

Absolutely terrible customer service at Kotara. My son paid 180 to have his iphone screen repaired. The very next day, he picked the phone up and the act of picking it up cracked the screen. The quality of the screens is very questionable. He brought it back to be told there was nothing they could do as it wasnt in their warranty. Now, just a few weeks later, due to the poor quality and cracking of the screen they fitted, it has just deteriorated and now is unusable. I emailed an image of how the phone looks and the manager, Jonathan, said "This device has obviously sustained psychical damage and is not covered under our warranty which is plainly printed on the receipt of purchase". Basically calling us liars. I would recommend that people go to an authorised Apple dealer if they need a device fixing as the quality of products and services at the Kotara store is diabolical. My son is 17, so 180 to him is a fortune and now he doesnt have a phone which is usable. Very upset.
