We love staying at the Quest Werribee on work trips. Great location within town. Rooms are modern and clean. Free access to the anytime fitness down the road is an added bonus.

The room was very good but very bad customer service... Also the deposits bond I'm still waiting to get it back
We recently had an extended stay. Couches, floors were disgustingly dirty. Housekeepers were useless! To clean the floors they pour a cup of water from tap and wipe a dirty broom over them. We had to constantly ask for enough towels, fix broken toilet seats, unfreeze the fridge, toilet paper etc. Cleaning staff smelt SO bad of BO that we had to air our apartment out after they’d been. Having said that, whenever we asked, staff would aim to assist. Overall our stay was fit for its purpose but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Great location. Plenty of parking. Nice reception staff. Hardware needs updates. Interiors are a bit old and many wear marks.
Room was not cleaned for a while showers had saop scum all over in ensuit check in was a nightmare i felt the staff were a bit rude at main desk and not very accommodating to kids
