Friendly staff that make my stay very comfortable as I work away from home and have stayed here many times. It is a home away from home for me and would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting To stay in a place with a great location to many thimgs

From the outside the building looked a bit dated but the apartment I had was spacious, well set out and very comfortable. The room was at the end of the building along Palmer St and gave great views of the yacht harbour and Castle Hill. I was stayed for one week and found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful.

Good location. Rooms are comfortable, nice outlook on to the marina. Plenty of eats nearby. No breakfast or restaurant on site.

I stayed at Quest in Townsville when I was away for work recently. The room I stayed in was spacious enough however they are outdated have a funny “old” smell to them. The biggest downside to this stay was the bedroom wall is shared with the walk way balcony and it is extremely loud, every time someone walked past, closed a door or even noise from the street I could hear it loud and clear, I was staying on level 5. The staff were nice but not very helpful, my flight was delayed and I didn’t check in until about 9.30pm I was pretty hungry by then. I asked if it was likely that restaurants would still be open the response I got was “just google it” I think basic local knowledge like that should be known by reception staff. Quest redeemed themselves a tiny bit by offering 1 free bottle of water and having further bottles on the fridge, I’ve found it very rare that serviced apartments don’t offer something so simple. All in all if I had to stay here again I would, however I will definitely see what else is out there next time I’m in Townsville.

Nice and convenient to our celebration venue, Hugh, the receptionist was delightful. My only complaint would be the sheet on my bed was wayyyy too small....

Situated on Ross Creek in Townsvilles CBD. Close to everything in town. There are multiple pubs, restaurants and shopping all with in walking distance. Flinders Street with all of Townsvilles nightclubs is only a 500m walk away. The room we had had a spa which was nice as well as 2 balconies, one from our bedroom and one from the lounge room. We also had a full kitchen. The wife wished the bed was softer but I found it comfortable. There is a pool but no gym on location, however the hotel has a reciprocal deal with anything fitness which is a 10 minute walk.
