We absolutely love our sparkling new mineral pool! We had a very challenging site but from the beginning the process of building a new concrete pool within an old existing pool was straight forward with Queensland Family Pools. They are truly experts and made it look easy. Queensland Family Pools have been a pleasure to deal with. A very positive experience overall. We can highly recommend them.

We have recently had a pool built by Terry and his team at Queensland Family Pools. It was a great experience from start to finish. We have a stunning pool with all the mod cons and couldn’t be happier. Terry and his construction manager, Mic, were involved in very step of the process. We had lots of questions along the way and they were always more than happy to help answer our questions and assist without making us feel like a nuisance. We have a beautiful pool that we are now swimming in everyday. Terry delivered everything he promised, on time and to the highest quality. We would recommend and have been recommending Queensland Family Pools. Lovely family company who build great pools.

After meeting with a quite a few different pool building companies, Queensland Family Pools was an easy choice. We were impressed with Chris’ honest and no pressure approach, and it was obvious he had years of knowledge behind him, wanting to provide us with the best quality pool, not just take our money. Our yard was a challenge with half of the pool being 2 metres out of ground, but Chris had the answers for all of the complex engineering required. From the first day of the dig to the final handover they were very easy to work with – happy to address the numerous questions we had along the way, accommodating time delays from our outside contractors, and continuing to offer support after the handover was complete! Thanks to Mick who oversaw the pool build, and all of the professional and courteous contractors that work for QFP. Everyone went above and beyond, doing their jobs to perfection, and were always friendly and easy to talk to. They also took the time to ensure our dogs were kept safe on the work site, and were happy to indulge the small children that had numerous questions for them as they stared on in excitement. The building process was so smooth and the finished pool is absolutely beautiful. We would recommend Queensland Family Pools to anyone wanting to build a top quality pool.

Pool installed almost 7 years ago. Required some patch work in the concrete/ not structural damage. QFP attended and fixed pool. Thanks for completing work as promised.

No pushy sales, they just gave us honest opinions, and helped us get the pool designed and installed with minimal fuss, and clear support the whole way through. We didn't know where to start, but these guys made it all really simple and clear.
