Wow, just made a coffee this am after getting our Breville double boiler machine back from QCMS. Before we put it in we knew a couple of things just weren't right but hey what do we know about fixing coffee machines. So happy with the result. Thank you Margaret and the tech who worked on our machine!

My breville coffee machine had issues not long after I bought it & QCMS really worked as hard as possible to make sure I was happy. Unfortunately, the machine was just a dud from the factory but they got me up and running. I even got a free kg of coffee beans! Thanks Guys!!!

Extremely pleased with the service and repairs I received on my Delonghi automatic coffee machine. They were super easy and pleasant people to deal with from word go and were most helpful in answering any questions we had. We even received a complimentary coffee in the store before our return home to Toowoomba.

From my personal experience I would not recommend Queensland Coffee Machine Sales and Service. I had to returned the machine after the original service twice first time the next day second time 3 weeks. Front counter service was unhelpful. After collecting my machine yesterday and paying more than 400 all up my machine is still no better even though it was said all fixed each time. My recommendation would be to find another service outlet to make better use of your money. Hopeless hopeless. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Queensland Coffee Machine Specialists are one of the only recognised Breville service contractors. After my experiences, unless it's under warranty, take your business elsewhere. Even then, expect to be without your machine for months if you choose to go through this crew. I've had specialist doctors charge less for their services.

We used this company for our Breville coffee machine warranty repair. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful and the machine took two and a half months to ‘fix’. Two months later, our machine has stopped working again because of the same issue. We are now dealing directly with Brevilles service department in Sydney to resolve this. Do not waste your time with this business.

These guys have given us prompt and quick service of our coffee machines for the past 8 years. Our linea pb decided to have monday off - they gave us a loan machine and we were back up and running by 9am. Thanks to gav & billy for getting us back and running within an hour. 5 stars

also found lady rude on front desk shouldn't be working at front of house. 6-7 weeks to fix machine (not great timing) but its fixed and working. Covid was the cause.
