Very easy and quick to get from one side of the bay to the other. The staff at the on board Cafe were delightful. My Mocca was hot and delicious, just the perfect beverage to have on the top deck while watching a pod of Dolphins swimming beside the ferry and looking at the landscape slowly moving along.

The experience was wonderful. Had a good day with the weather which made the trip enjoyable. I would do it again.

We had a high tea booked for Sunday 11 April 2021 on board the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff, the Friday before I received a call to say that due to bad weather, they can offer me a high tea at their Cafe instead. The food was scrumptious and the service was excellent, I would highly recommend their High tea

Wow! What an experience! Booking was smooth and so so easy online! Boarding process a breeze. The crossing, can't actually put it in words. You have to experience it your self! Pricing may feel a bit steep, but its worth it! Specially when you get to see dolphins swimming n playing next to the ferry!

Always fun to use the ferry. Makes going around the bay fun. Pity can't be linked to the road system same as in Canada

They offered free tickets to appreciate their passengers I booked 3 tickets for me , my husband & my child to travel in the same day. We waited for the confirm email from them First, the email confirm was sent in the wrong address When I called to fix, they sent again the confirm email but one of us in the wrong day. Again I called to fix, they said :” you have two tickets free anyway ( for you & your child) and buy one for your husband “ That is what they wanted it. When I try to explained but obviously not going work. And they more than happy ready wanted to cancel my tickers . ( to get someone in I reckon) In the end what I want to say. We all human being, treat others as you want to be treat . It’s not about the free tickets but it ruin my family happiness Wish your trade going ahead . Thanks

Great way to take hours off the trip to Melbourne from the Bellarine. Easy to buy tickets and book online and check in done using a QR code. Simple chee!! We arrived early for our booked trip so they put us on an earlier, smaller ferry that was fine. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

Taken this ferry trip a million times and it always gets better! Dolphins are an added bonus if you're lucky.
