It's not so much the lighthouse as it is the view of the Heads. 3 large picnic tables and plenty of bench seats where you can enjoy the constant movement of every type of vessel imaginable, as you eat your picnic lunch.

Bring a 2 coin for the binoculars to Sorrento. The decommissioned sea mine is pretty interesting.

Queenscliff is a lovely getaway destination for the weekend. It is not too far from Melbourne and you can see the seaside view. They have cafe and good shops in the town centre. Don't forget to visit the light house. There is a nice walk track going to the light house.

It’s a big white light house which looks directly at the he heads ‘ car parking is good the beaches very nice ‘ car park free to enter and good swimming for the kids ‘ their is also a little look out across the bay
