One of the best pharmacy I've ever been to in the city! The girls are always so helpful - I know I can always rely on them! The pharmacist Donna & Ester are both so lovely and have always go above and beyond to make sure I get the medication and the right advice that I needed - definitely not something you get from a discount pharmacy! Highly recommended to everyone who's in this area.

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over 3 years. I've seen a great improvement in the service over the last few months thanks to Donia and Esther, both of whom take the time to provide advice and guidance over and above the instructions for the medication. Thanks very much for the good service.

Always accommodating even when busy. I have had my documents certified here for the last five years from the lovely Esther. Very friendly staff.

Dispensed the wrong medication by poorly supervised pharmacy assistant. Then received extremely rude comments by the girl at the register who said she was an occupational therapist, not a pharmacist or pharmacy assistant. When I asked how they reported dispensing errors I received no answer. Another thing I noticed whilst waiting for my medicine to be exchanged for the correct medicine was that oral contraceptives were on a shelf facing the counter with a large sign saying "Oral Contraceptives". This is clearly a privacy issue, as anybody purchasing oral contraceptives would be seen to doing so without any discretion on the part of this pharmacy. I have reported them to the Australian Health Practitioner's Registration Authority.

Had the best customer experience that I've ever had in a pharmacy. The girls were gorgeous and helped me through all my problems, and the pharmacist took out her time to really listen to me and help me out.
