My husband booked in for them to come and do some plumbing work after another company didn't show up. The two guys that came were on time, professional, and courteous. They did a great job and in a timely manner. Thank you so much.
Awful experience. They came out to service all bathroom taps and replace the shower head and basin taps in my rental property. 6 months later both had started to leak. They came out to fix them and refused to do it for free even though they were under warranty, stating that both were a "different issue" to what had originally been addressed. Unfortunately my property manager paid them. They now ignore my emails requesting an explanation on how this wasn't covered under warranty. As they will not talk to me I've had to take it to small tribunals court. Long story, much easier to go to another plumber.

After being left in the lurch earlier today by a supplier, having to make a warranty claim for an item installed this morning, the Laser team was a breath of fresh air and could not do enough to help us. Laser Plumbing Queanbeyan gave good advice/solution to drainage issues. Did not give me the run around (as other plumbers did).
