Successful Sale After making the decision to sell, I contacted Brad who gave me an appraisal on what the property was worth and by the time the sale went through he achieved the higher amount without the need to go to market saving us money on advertising and photography. The process was very smooth and straight forward. Brad and his team have also been the property managers of this investment and I have never had any issues with his staff and their selection of tenants.
