Promised order will be ready in two days. Order on Tuesday, it is now Friday and have been told that they have not even started to make it. And that they will try to have it ready next Monday. Communication with reception was very blunt and they didn't seem to care as it was out of her hands and blamed Sydney, got transferred to manager voice mail. I would not recommend for service.
