Professional with a sense of humour Jason has excellent knowledge of the current market and provided us with advice that assisted us in making the decision to sell. He is a great people person and understands both a buyer and seller. He is brilliant with negotiation and got us a price that was a fair market price and comparable to like properties. Throughout the process he gave us updates while the open homes were happening; his honest opinion on if someone would make an offer; reassured us when we started to feel nervous and always made us laugh, something you need when you are selling your house! Jason is excellent as his job and was definitely the right agent for us!

Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times! Jason and his team made the process easy with strategies in place that were explained in great detail, so that we felt comfortable throughout the process. I was so glad we followed Jason's advice to change to Auction, the detailed report and analysis provided and feedback of every person whom inspected our property each week, let us know what was happening. Rented through them twice. Worst experience. Called me constantly to show people through my place when I was at work like 3-4 times a week. Very pushy. Sold my places and broke the lease on me. I tried saying no but next day call again. I dont understand why they wanna sell rentals and break the lease. Dont rent thru them. Also the 2nd place i stayed in was in a flood zone. We were never warned. When our house flooded they told me its the 1st time its ever happend. The guy who came to clean the carpets after our stuff was ruined said that he had been to our house atleast 6 times in the past. We had alot of stuff downstairs and it got ruined we used heaps of our towels to clean it. We got no compensation.
