An interesting spot to stop and stretch the legs. Benches are provided with roofs to shade you from the sun. There is a bbq, toilet, no signs warning of 1080 baiting so it may be dog appropriate. The weir itself is an interesting piece of local history. We went in high January, there was still water in the weir and the water was crystal clear with little fish inside. I think this place would be lovely in the winter when the rains have topped up the weir and brought the area to life.

Nice easy weir to climb around, flat free camping grounds, toilet and some tables with seats and roof. Not sure if the gas bbq works though.
A hidden gem behind the small country town of Quairading . tucked in behind the town this weir is a great place to stretch the legs if heading east . 2 hours from perth there is a walk trail that goes up behind the weir . It's really interesting to see how the early pioneers enabled towns to grow by creating important infrastructure such as dams and then pumping it to the town. The old pumping station is still visible today. Toilets and bbq facilities are provided
Small area but well kept has toilet and bbq
Hej don't miss out if you are in the area, an absolutely stunning place, 18 000 000 liter of water in the dam, and if you are lucky enough to have a caravan, why not stay a night, toilets with flush, a real luxury in the bush.
Really good spot flushing toilet barby
A good place for an overnight stay..
Very quiet, only ones there. Very clean flushing toilet.
