Had to pick up Animals flight landed and have waited an hour and still nothing, lady behind counter is quite rude, Virginia freight is way quicker will not be recommending Qantas Freight for any Animal travel

Direct Democracy

I am waiting on customer service number 131313; my partner is a doctor (a front line health worker) and our flight to Queensland is soon and tomorrow morning is the last time we can change the flight (as Queensland may lock down; Brisbane has already). We dont want to go on our family holiday if we have to quarantine for 2 weeks when we return to Melbourne. AND QANTAS WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE; THEY PLAYED GAMES AT THE BEGINNING OFFERING IRRELEVANT OPTIONS; PLAYING HOLD MUSIC THAT FADES OUT LIKE IT IS GOING TO DROP......... I DONT CARE IF QANTAS GOES BANKRUPT; THEY HAVE LOST MY SUPPORT. WHY SHOULD THE TAX PAYER SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE...... they ask for respect and offer none... lets see if they will offer an open ticket or not???? somehow i doubt it! and i will be writing another comment here..

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the way you treat your customers. You are making our lives very difficult when we have to deal with you guys every day without literally any other choice.... this is causing a lot of issues in our professional and personal lives without you knowing it. What does it take for you to listen to your customers, respect them and change your attitude???? (One lady at the counter in particular who thinks she is ruling the world!!!) Please let us know because you don't even reply to any complain emails about your customer service. You are representing a very bad picture of a a very beautiful logo...!!!!
