Had a great experience with Q Suzuki. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I enquired about. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a first car for a teenager. They were honest and gave us the best option to suit our needs within our budget and didn’t oversell like so many other places we went to did. Thanks for your help Jon, much appreciated.
Arron and Adrian were both very helpful with the trade-in of my Suzuki Swift for a new Vitara. There was no messing around with numbers or trying to convince me to buy a different/more expensive car, like I've had at a number of different Suzuki dealerships. Despite Adrian only selling Suzuki's for a year, he knew a lot about what he was talking about - he didn't try to belittle me for being a young female, he didn't talk to me like I was stupid, and he didn't criticize me for taking out a bank loan to pay for the car, much like other dealerships have done for me. Fantastic service!

No respect or enthusiasm to serve women. Walked in with my mother and were eyeing off one car specifically and not one person came outside to offer assistance. When we had enough of waiting for them to come to us, we went to the office only to be meet at the door and not invited inside. We asked about the brand new car we were interested in only to be given vague information and when we asked for a brochure/pamphlet, to be told you can just look at it online. Very disappointed went to Isuzu after and was greeted by friendly willing staff all to happy to help and give us all the information we asked for. I know where my mum will be buying her new car from and it's not this place. Bet if we were male this wouldn't have happened!

The most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. 21yr old daughter buying her first independent car which was a big deal for her. Every issue raised was played down and when it came time to collect the car it wasn’t ready then had issues with the dodgy attachment of the new plates. 2hrs later we finally left with the car and no respect. I had planned to purchase a new Suzuki from them for myself but definitely not now. Disgusting display of dodgy used car salesman.
