George and his team at spike media are incredibly gifted in digital marketing and website design. They took the time to explain how digital marketing works and were able to very cleverly facilitate a discovery session where we went from having no idea of what to expect, to having set goals for lead generation and a strategy for each of them. They're great wordsmiths and were able to redesign our website and create landing pages that were funky, easy to read and really target the needs of the market. They are perfectionists and strive to improve the quality of leads each day. Their weekly phone call and status updates have enabled us to keep track on progress. If I was to give them a motto it would be "leave it with us" because that's exactly what they do - you definitely get more than your money's worth. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to obtain leads through digital media.

Spike Media is not your average digital marketing agency and don’t “just run google ads and Facebook ads". The short answer is they’re the rare breed of agency who are committed to ACTUALLY helping you drive business. If an agency isn’t considering what you do with the leads or click you get from them, then they can’t possible understand whether or not the work they CAN do is valuable. This is where Spike are different - they’ll only suggest worth that they truly believe brings ROI to your business. I’ve had other agencies run inefficient ads on budgets they’re not incentivised to question or make better. Spike are the digital marketing department I’d always want in my organisation but can remain an arms length partner.
I shudder to think where Norrsken Ko would be without George and the Spike team!! He took our very non existent google ranking and catapulted us on to PAGE ONE for at least 4 of our search terms in just over 3 months!!! It was a marvellous thing to watch and still is. We now use George to also run our Google ad campaigns which have been phenomenally successful with leads almost every day. If you want to level up in your business, YOU MUST TRY SPIKE!

A value-added digital marketing agency for sure. I just got off the phone with George after almost an hour, for what was supposed to be a 10 minute chat. Although I'm not a client, he provided an incredible wealth of personalised information that made so much sense and literally saved a ton of time and money that could've easily been wasted.
