Din Tai Fung at The Star casino is a takeaway style restaurant. It is located in the food hall area which is a thoroughfare around the casino. This area has public tables and chairs you can sit at to eat your meal. There are a few other takeaway style restaurants in the same area as well. Din Tai Fung have touch panels that you order from and you take a buzzer which lets you know when it’s time to pick up your food from the counter. The food is always great. The vegetable dumplings and green beans are my fave.

Amazing service! They are extremely nice to you and have amazing Xiaolongbao, and they have an amazing chilli dipping sauce, 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try quality, amazing dumplings!
Underwhelming experience. Won’t be back at this outlet. Spicy Wontons so so, definitely had better. Can anyone explain what the jelly like yellow-greenish substance is in my Hot & Sour Soup with Shredded Pork? Never seen this before. Apart from that the soup doesn’t become edible with vinegar, chilli oil or even soy sauce. It’s neither hot nor sour. A waste, can’t recommend and won’t be back
Great food. Try the chicken! Little slow on the spring roll but was a once off.
Don’t think brand name. Too small dumplings and small food. Moreover, just so so tasty. The restaurant name popular but i really disappointed. Should be drop the price or make more cost-effective.
They even save on the main stuff which is spring onions and corrianders on a braised beef noodle soup and noodles just too less for the price! Anyway when a food business runs like a chain, quality decreases.. I'd rather go to a smaller shop which could offer better quality to compete. that's how smaller shops survive!
Busy time you will need to wait a bit. All dishes are great. It’s more like a fast food stall here, so can’t expect high quality service.
