Located half an hour west of Toowoomba, Beef City is a specialised grain fed processing facility, drawing upon our company-owned and operated feedlots to process up to 1,092 cattle per day for the high end global beef market. One of only two integrated processing plant and feedlot operations in Australia (the other being our Riverina facility), Beef City cattle are walked from the feedlot to the processing plant, saving the need to stressful loading and unloading from cattle trucks. This low stress environment enhances production efficiencies and overall eating qualities.
