I just read through the reviews on here, especially the ones from the owner. Very poor responses from the owner, clearly does not take criticism well. Not sure why the personal attacks, when someone brings up perfectly respectful criticism, the owner then attacks the person personally. If you’re unsure of this, take a read through the comments, especially the responses from the owner. Very nasty, clearly does not like input. I would not even bother taking a look at this place. The response to the individual “crazy gamer” was well and truly uncalled for.

I contacted Puppy Pad to enquirer about a litter of Cockaliers. Barry was very quick to return my email and answered any questions I had along with my request for pictures of the parents. I am in Perth so he was able to put me in touch with Liam who FaceTimed me to see the puppies they had available. He also answered my many questions via phone and sms in a friendly manner and also sent me some pictures of the pup I chose on request. Nothing was too much for them to do. They arranged transport for me and when it was delayed happily looked after him for me until we could safely get him on a flight 3 weeks later. All in all I would highly recommend. They are knowledgeable, friendly and their pups come very well cared for and happy. We are over the moon with the newest addition to our family.

I bought a beautiful Cavoodle from Puppy Pad in July 2020. The team took their time with me to discuss the dogs and give information on the breed. Once I selected my new pooch they were very detailed with the process of taking home a new pup and their needs. Very happy with the service provided.
