Fantastic experience. I booked with another company to hire a truck for the day to arrive to no truck available and no help how to obtain another. I pulled into Kennards and Shane and the team were fantastic. Truck was older with no reverse cam or sensors but fairly easy to drive. Every phone call prior, during and post (about bond refund process etc) was excellent. It is worth it to pay SLIGHTLY more (20-50 difference) worth it!

Hired a power Broome from the Bankstown store. The hire rate seemed reasonable and came with a full fuel can at no extra cost. The online booking was easy and I received a phone call back with in an hour to confirm my booking. All of the staff were happy and friendly. The power Broome was in great condition and did not miss a beat. Overall a very easy hire experience.
