I don’t recommend that anyone book here, as it seems clear to me that they value your money, more than they value you, as a guest. Spend your hard earned money someplace that appreciates you.
We visited this “resort” with our 3 kids, 2, 4 and 6. The main reason for us choosing this place, over many others, was for the heated pools, which they had advertised (because it was winter, and our kids love to swim). That was our first disappointment, the pool was definitely not heated.
The second disappointment we encountered was regarding the resorts free wifi, which, again, they had advertised. The “free wifi” was for 1gb of data, before you had to purchase a package. Feeling scammed by this, we pressed on to buy some wifi, only to find that it wasn’t working at all. We called up to ask for some help at about 4pm, and was told “I’ll have a look at it in the morning”, which they didn’t, and the wifi didn’t work for our stay. Frustrating.
The last, and probably most frustrating and disappointing aspect of our stay, was the “welcome letter” that we received. It stated that, although we booked, and paid for, apartment for 6 people to stay in, that we would be charged extra if we used any more than 1 of the bedrooms. It also noted that, should we accidentally lock ourselves out of the room, it would cost us 77 to have someone come and let us back in. The overall tone of the letter was negative and felt a bit threatening. We spent the rest of our stay feeling very tense that if anything did go wrong, that the resort would happily be charging us for as much as they could milk us for; and while we didn’t have an issue, as we feared, it took a lot of joy away from our “relaxing”, once a year, vacation.
