Super good and really fast. We had a issue with our phones rear camera and in 30 min it was fixed and works. Like new. And everything for a good price.

EDIT: THE SCREEN CRACKED AGAIN ON WITHOUT DEOPPING NOR BANGING IT UNDER THE TEMPERED GLASS. THIS WAS NOT MY DOING. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY. Would rate -5 if possible. I had to get my screen repaired & had apparently got the wrong screen so PTC had one delivered the next day (which cost 150 instead of 30). When I finally picked up phone they gave my phone back with a crack in the top corner whilst telling me it didn't effect the functionality of the phone and that they'll only charge me 120. 4 days later another crack appeared under the screen protector again without dropping or hitting it. I returned to the shop as it was under insurance and asked for it to be fixed. Firstly they tried to tell me I didn't have a warranty as it was not an iPhone. After a heated discussion PTC said they would only repair it for 30. When I stated that I should haven't to pay anything because they're at fault they kept saying I got the last screen 30 cheaper which is only because they already damaged it. To avoid further frustration I agreed. When I picked up my phone the second time it had been glued back together!! PTC proceeded to tell me they had to do as the phone was already separating which is not true. I was almost in tears. I could not believe my phone was being handed back to me in such condition with no remorse. Less then 24 hours later two cracks appeared again underneath the screen protector. I had/have not dropped or banged my phone at all. I have been in contact with customer service but was only offered a 40 refund or for them to purchase my device for 130 both I rejected as I don't feel this is fair. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE TO RESPECT YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY.

Extremely poor quality products and customer service, prices are also expensive. I Got a glass screen protector put on and it lasted not even a couple of days before it started peeling off. The screen protector also prevented me using the fingerprint sensor. When I asked them about the issue they simple said it is not their problem. Don't go here unless you want to waste your money. Businesses like these need to remember that local support is important. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Very disappointing.

Daniel was sooooo lovely and incredibly helpful! He put the screen protector on my phone in no time and helped my partner with all of her stuff too. He was very attentive and insanely reasonable on price, considering quality and service!!
