Spoke with Paul from the office who was so easy to talk with, who understood my door issues, acted without hesitation and provided me with a written quote within an hour. Best part of all was arriving home at the exact time the workman arrived, fixed the door and lock within 30 minutes and I was sorted. You have no idea how many companies I have tried contacting to get this job done and without luck until now. Well done Protech!!
Just had a key cut and programmed for my 2003 BA Falcon today. The guys were happy to cut my ebay key, after cautioning me it mightn't work. I was happy with the price, and they gave me a discount due to a mix up with times. I didn't complain, they just offered! I've used these guys before, but recently tried another local locksmith. These guys a great, and I should have just stuck with them.
I cannot praise this company enough. Their staff members were helpful and professional. They resolved a difficult task and I am extremely happy with their service. Will definitely be using them again for all appropriate tasks. Thank you.

Thieves. I booked these guys to replace the lock and keys on my car while I was at work. The job was done properly, but the locksmith stole my Oakley sunglasses while replacing the locks. I called the store and spoke to management, but they just defended their guy knowing there was nothing I could do, claiming they didn't believe me. The sunglasses were 100% sitting there in the centre console, I wantingly looked at them before going to work, as it was a sunny day, and they were locked in my car. Couldn't believe this happened to me... Locksmiths are meant to be trustworthy, I had complete faith in them, feel so betrayed... Strongly recommend shopping around for ANY other locksmith.
